The objective of the HR department at this Indonesian e-commerce company was to be able to collect all the necessary details of a candidate applying for a job. They want to find the person that best matches the company culture, values, and desired skillsets. CloudMoyo built a machine learning model built with Azure Cognitive Services to classify sentiments on their social media accounts. In addition, we stored the unstructured data in Azure Data Lake, a centralized, secure repository for candidate data. We created a Power BI dashboard and reports that would present insights and KPIs in an easy-to-understand way for the customer.
